Question:
What did spc do when he saw the gator
Option 1: Ran inside and grabbed his now razor sharp Ka-Bar
Option 2: Run inside and grab his rifle
Option 3: Tackle and subdue the animal with bare hands
Option 4: Go back inside and ignore it, it wasn't really hurting anything
So, I walked out on the patio today only to come face to face with a gator that easily came to 7 ft. I was a *little* taken aback. So, what do you folks thing my next move was?

Did The Croc *Diss Yo Mumma*? then i vote for Rifle , otherwise i think u went inside and looked at the Ducati for a bit
Oh on another note , i was driving home last nite , and there happened to be 3 Ducati's parked outside a shitty pub
its not a croc it was a gator...big difference. crocs will chase you down to the ends of the earth. gators hiss and spit and may chase you but not much.
Rest assured, had it been a croc I would be tanning it's hide right now and figuring out how many belts I could make. Crocs have this funny disposition where they view any and everything as food.

BP, you are by far the closest. It was actually a frozen chicken breast I ended up throwing. This certainly explains why there are no longer any ducks in the pond right outside.
Gators are more of nuisance than a Hazard, although stumbling across one unawres is a godd way to get hurt. Betcha you don't have a stray animal problem either.
i'm under the impression that "most" wild animals, given the opportunity and space, will gladly vacate your area and generally leave you alone. there are the few instances though when they feel they have more of a right to be there than you. such as a mother bear with cubs, etc. please correct me if i'm wrong. :thumb:

and with all of those guns of yours, youre not eating gator?
He wasn't hurting anything, so why should I mess with him. If I for one minute thought he was a real danger to myself or another person/pet you can bet I'd be trying to sell gatorskin in the FS section.
