Well it's been fun..and I'm not giving up on riding.I hate to see her go.I am however wanting to pursue my other love.That of Volkswagens.
I have a 69 Beetle.And am trying to purchase a VW van currently.I've spent close to another 500.00 in new and used parts and 100.00 on a polyurethane paint job for the tank.
I have almost all of the parts to put back to stock.They come with the bike.I've also got a good used starter and
good used stator cover with the wiring in it and regulator.They come with the bike.The original swing arm with brake disc,39tooth
sprocket and good Kenda 130 tire with rim comes with the bike.
The only issue I'm aware of is a small bubble on the lower part of the tank on the crap pocket side.It's about the size of a penny.
But will need to be addressed at some point.To nice of a paint job on the tank to let go.
The spare parts alone could be sold on Ebay for more than few hundred dollars,or more bringing your final price down.I just don't
have the time to do it.The GS runs great.I'm 45 and don't hotrod it.It's been kept in a heated garage since I've had it.
The bike is located in Kingsport,Tn.The upper corner of East Tennessee.We are very close to hwy 81.And about 100
miles from hwy 75.

Fresh paint last winter.
Valves adjusted 2000miles ago.
New Tsubaki chain with 400miles.Non-O ring type.But a really nice chain! 60.00new Pinned not clipped!
New front disc pads.
New Makuni 126main jets and 40seconds.
New uni-foam air filter.
Ninja front chin.
New rubber intakes from carbs to heads.
New Honda gravity feed fuel petcock! Stock petcock comes with it.
New clutch,gear shifter and sprocket seals on shifter side.
New 17tooth front sprocket and rear 44tooth Sprocket Specialties sprocket with 400miles.Final drive ratio 2.59.Stock 39 tooth sprocket comes with it.
Katana rear shock in great shape.Stock rear shock comes with it.
New seals and oil in forks.And new fork boots to keep those seals in top shape.
New Napa battery.
Stock front tire,Dragon150 rear with about 1/8 of the tread left.
2002 swingarm with 02 brake disc,bearings,tire,and rim.Got a deal on the swing arm with a new rear sprocket ,rim and tire. So I swapped the
whole thing.
Hayabusa front fender and Busa rear pegs forward and aft.Busa rear signals on front.Shaved rear signals.
No tears in seat.
Cafe fairing on headlight with windsheild.
12v acc. outlet on front console.Currently hooked up for a radar detector.Radar detector not included.
R1 tail light.
New headlight bulb.Wagner 65-85watt.Stock bulb comes with it.
Clear title in hand with my name on it.

Thank's guy's..but for right now I'd rather sale it as a complete set with the bike.Encase someone wants to put it back stock.If I end up selling just the bike, locally when I list it next week.I'll keep you'all in mind.Thank's :cheers:

not far from me, and if i didnt have an rx7 on life support atm, id be on that, as a stablemate for my gs, plus youre close by lol. anyhoo GL with sale

The shin guards are stock,they were drilled and counter sunk.Just lay out a pattern on the plate and drill.Then counter sink with a larger bit to take off the bur and give a 3d look to the hole.The pegs are Hayabusa rear pegs. :cheers:

sorry it took me so long to respond, but it looks like my friend wont be able to throw any money around until next semester of school. I was really getting excited too.
