Scary article. But on the plus side of it, when Bill Clinton had his Democratic majority it inspired conservatives with their "Contract With America". While the usual left leaning suspects bashed it, it did create a Republican controlled congress.

Which of course they squandered the opportunity... But much like "The Force" balance is inevitable...

Well, we certainly don't want anyone from "Liberia" runnin' things that's for sure! Any country that had a damn Sargeant for a President/Premier!!! I know I know...........Germany had a Corporal for a leader. Finally the citizenry killed Sargeant Samuel K. Doe!!
When I read that...........(a hundered years ago) (tee hee heee), a Sargeant had taken over a country........I couldn't believe it!!
He did! ..........and held onto power a long time if I remember correctly. "The people" got tired of his ass!! Off with his head.......
or ...........shoot him in the head.........which is what I think they did!

Holy hell everyones worried Obama is going to win.

My indoor range/ffl has sold 7 ar15's in the last week. They hadn't sold one in 4 months.

Ammo is getting scarce too. I need to get a case of each 5.56 and .45, in case you haven't heard one of Obama's agenda items is a 500% increase in the excise tax on ammunition.

DPMS is having a sale on mags for the ar, 10 for $100.

I hope to snag a couple of lowers at the show in a couple of weeks but that shaZam!'s getting hard to find, dealers are selling em as fast as they can get em.

I am a conservative. The non bible thumping kind. I am 50/50 on social issues and true conservative on fiscal and politics.
I seriously believe Obama is closer to that ideal ... or at the very least, he is less dangerously liberal than McCain.
I cannot see how Obama is a socialist (ok he is) and Bush/McCain are not. Socialising the losses, privatising the profits is not only extremely socialistic, its outright stealing.
Obama is a socialist, McCain is worse I guess he's a communist, and he hopes to divert the whole world's attention by using the bible thumping Palin as a human sheild.

Now Palin is running for president - president mind you not Vice president on the strength of her boobs.
I didn't make that up, I heard it on NPR saturday morning.

This is what I am making up ... I think she has the bible stuffed in there ...

Cool.
