After 5 freaking months of searching for a blue civic with navi and manual transmission i gave up and got a 2009 Acura TSX with Technology Package and Automatic (gives a bit better gas mileage plus has the flappy paddle gearbox). Color: Vortex Blue with Ebony Interior.
I dont have the car yet, i signed the papers, i pick it up tomorrow morning.

http://www.acura.com for people outside the US. Yes it is a Euro Honda Accord.. yes I know.. but its a rare car here in car heaven Los Angeles and it is so NOT a chicken car (bmw 3 series)..
I am loving it... i get it tomorrow.
i take it you got your insurance issues straightened out?. anyhoo grats man, get real pics up, liek you posin with it , or a pretty lady O0
:thumb:
looks awesome.
I've always loved that car, great choice. Congrats on the new wheels.
Insurance sure got sorted out. My friend stacie was helpful in it, got it for 1500/yr through AAA.. i was like 'waah... are you sure and he sends me a written quote'. He looked at my driving record and said thats my quote.
So i went looking to see who had teh TSX> One dealer called back saying they can get the car .. if i close the deal today they will get the car tomorrow, so i was like so it must be in LA or in So.Cal the car.. so i called another dealer, same deal.. they can get it,
Then i figured I'd try Keyes Acura. Turns out they have the car. So i called them and said i want it.
Effectively I paid 33275 OTD for the car but it came with some already dealer installed accessories and so i negotiated it and got it 33675 OTD. It came with factory Trunk liner and wheel nuts + the mudflaps (i am not too hot about this one but i'll see how it does). In anycase I paid like 100 more than the other dealers quote for OTD (and they didnt know these were already on the car).
So basically I paid 33675 OTD for the car.
I could have negotiated more for the car but oh well.. I still got it 2K under MSRP.
I shall post pictures when I get the car.. its so beautiful.. :)

you know, the bad thing ? if you don't like the color later, or next year's car looks cooler, you'll have absolutely no reason to sell it for what, 10-15 years since it's a honda ;)
ok, acura, whatever, thems the dawgs nuts i say !
the wife's 97 accord wagon has 220,000 miles on it, everything works flawlessly, and we've spent about $600 on timing belt, an oil leak and brakes (TOTAL!) in the last 4 years, and 120,000 miles. awesome cars. love it ! :D
omg that is a freaking nice car
congrats man she is pretty :thumb:
that is f%$king sexy... can i lick your car?
Looks nice! Where's your pics?
A used TSX with a manual is what I'd really like (I prefer the old style, at least for now). Problem is, even used I can't (don't want to pay to) afford it. Stupid high japanese resale! So I'm considering a RSX as well as the Saturn Astra and Mazda 3. I just had an offer accepted on a house though, so I'll be soldiering on with my 170k mile Tacoma at least through the winter.
I approve! :thumb:
PURDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those are someone else's pictures. I am YET to take my pictures. I hope to do so today. I live in Southern California.
TGG
Nice choice!! I really like that color even though I have always been partial to black. I have the 2006 Accord V6 6-speed coupe and I love it. I have had many Hondas and Acuras and have no complaints...I love them!
