this guys basement gave birth to a lambo ( well a clone but a very WELL DONE clone) http://jalopnik.com/5065896/hand+made-lamborghini-built-in-basement-finally-sees-light-of-day
over that 10 years he could have invested his time and money into a 401k or to retire early and not some piece of junk in his basement. :bs: :bs: :bs: :bs:
that's an awesomely good job for a home made machine :thumb: :thumb:
i'm kinda impressed that he took so much time, care and money to hand build a car. really cool idea. if i saw it on the street i'd never guess it was handbuilt.
Thats amazing fabrication skills right there.
this my friends... is the GOOD kind of nuts... if he was just spending 10 years in his basement we would send him to the insane asylum... but 10 years in his basement building a supercar... he becomes the next Foose. (and my personal hero)
side note.. I suspect building a bike from scratch would take significantly less time. I may look into this...
