Title: Dainese women's leathers
Post by: Roadstergal on October 22, 2008, 07:47:47 PM
The red ones in my avatar.  I have a new suit now, so these have to go.

Size 46 Euro.  It's a bit of a strange sizing, and it's nothing like a US 46; it fit a friend of mine well, and she's a 4 in Alpinestars.

It hasn't been crashed.  It has minor wear from use on the insides of the knees, but is in very nice shape.  It comes with shoulder, forearm, shin, and knee armor installed.  Pucks have good life left.

It's a sezzy suit that retails for $1300.  Asking less than half that, $600.

Sezzy suit ... I'll say ... very sezzy ...

Remember folks ... this suit is part of gstwin history ... its the suit that put the RRRRRRRRRRR in Rrrrrrrrrr'gal ...

Its the one that made 1/2 of us want R'gal, and the other 1/2 want her bank balance ... we call them Ghey people.

OK I'm done with cheezzzzzzz-eeeee R'gal jokes ...

Cool.

Aww, thankee.

These are actually a lot more flattering than the new leathers I found, but my body's shrunk a bit since I bought these, and they don't fit as well.  I lived on ramen for a while to afford these, and boy, it was worth it.

And remember ... and I mean this in the nicest possible way ... R'gal is a franchaise a very high end franchaise ... not like McD's ... more like ... Panda express ... yea... you buy these leathers and fill them out and take pics and you can be the next R'gal.

In fact I think that's almost like we'd have 2 R'gals.

Cool.

Regarding Euro sizing, I've heard that the US measurement would be equivalent to the Euro size minus 10, and that would be the chest inch measurement.  I have a suit that is Euro 54 and it probably fits like a 44 because 38 would fit me better.  It's big in the chest (might fit better if I had double D boobs but I don't) but I had to get something that fit in the butt & thighs.

I've heard that, too, but this thing seems a little smaller than a 36.  Maybe a 34.  Ish.

Surprise your girlfriend by getting them for her.  Surprise your boyfriend by showing up wearing them some night.  Or say "screw the SO" and go out riding in them.

I tried on this suit tonight and it was so hard to leave her house without them.  :icon_sad:

Roadstergal has broken them in perfectly and it's a fantastic deal, especially considering the instant gstwins bragging rights and ability to make one look sezzy beyond belief!

I'm gonna sleep on it tonight and see if I can work out some checkbook magic!
