Title: Cheap OEM parts
Post by: dohabee on October 28, 2008, 07:58:04 AM
I found a place for OEM parts that is quite a bit cheaper than bike bandit they are at www.flatoutmotorcycles.com. I have compared tons of prices between the sites and found things from $.50 (bolts) all the way to $100.00 (gas tank) less than bikebandit.

the site has some pretty cool features like the ability to make multiple wishlists for parts that you can email to others or copy and paste a link to. there are also links to review and print order receipts and track your shipments.

I made one wishlist of really cheap parts I need, named it "christmas presents" and emailed it to grandparents.
they know nothing about motorcycles but now all they have to do is click add to cart for the stuff they want an I won't have to get another sweater this year .

I recently ordered some stuff from them and have been very happy with their customer service.
I also talked to the guy in charge of their internet sales about getting some kind of discount for gstwins members
they can't discount the parts any further but may be able to give us a break on shipping, time will tell.

Check them out and see what you think, but as far as i'm concerned I like them alot better than bike bandit.

Thanks.

yah I saw the 7-10 business day thing on the shipping before I ordered but If you can deal with the delay it is worth the savings IMO.

They told me that they first have to get the parts from suzuki then they ship to the customer which is the reaon for the longer times.

UPS tracking says the parts are due to arrive today and I placed the order about 2 weeks ago.
