i was stopped at a light (right at Arlen Ness http://www.arlenness.com/index.aspx on dublin blvd) at around 5:30 AM. i am in the fast lane next to the turn lane. the road deserted except for me. :o al of a sudden an f350 truck swerves to avoid me from behind. :o i feel the wind of it, the side mirror just missed my head, little bits of road grit hit me from behind. :o the guy pulls over on the other side of the intersection and stuffs his heart back down his throat, looks in his mirror to see if i'm ok and drives off. :nono:
someone up there must have been watching that morning :angel: because i never saw this guy coming. he must have been answering his phone or grabbing his coffee or something. happy to be alive.
keep your eyes peeled and be careful. atgatt!!!

i installed a "backOff xp" taillight modulator that i got into a habit of keeping on when i'm stopped at a red light (especially at night, not really as much during the day). i have to say as lame and useless as some people may think it is, around here it has kept cars far from me.
but then again, like you said the jerkoff was probably answering his phone or grabbing his coffee! :flipoff:

That sounds like a good idea. Too bad we can't have those in California... We can only have modulators that blink 4 times then stop... I have one, but have not yet installed it... It would help if I had my tail light fully functional... I keep having connectors the PO installed fail on me at really inopportune times. The last one made my running lights go out half way home from work after dark...
