Heygawgaw - here is your motor looks like ... may be seized if it got no carbs and it sat in his yard for a year ... rust can seize the rings to the walls.
Send tussey some $$ have him extract the motor and send to you.

that's not too far from me. I spoke to the guy and I'm getting some pics of it in a few minutes. I'll see what kind of condition it's in and then see is anyone is interested in anything off of it.
