Post by: grayghost on November 17, 2008, 08:51:03 PM
whoa, i looked down leaving the gas station today, and was going to reset my odometer to check my mileage, and my re-set screw had fallen out of my speedo!? is this a fix, or do i have to find another speedometer?

I know you're supposed to be able to take it off, but good luck finding a new one, it is likely that you won't be able to get one from Suzuki...

I have taken mine off before, there is a tiny phillips screw down inside the piece that you turn. it sounds like the screw and the knob fell off so make sure to order both parts.

thanks for the tips- not a biggie really, but sure is easier to keep up with fillups with the trip.
