If the starter is spinning then it is the starter clutch that has gone bad. You can check by taking of the left side crank case cover and rotating the generator/magnet thing. If it spins in both directions its toast. If you spin it clockwise and it grabs then I just wasted your time....lol

In all seriousness if you can hear the starter spinning then it means something else down the line is not working, which could also be that the idler gear between the starter sprag and the starter itself has been damaged. Either way the left side case needs to come off.

yeah I was thinking on my way home from work today to remove the left side cover and try turning it over to see what moves and what doesnt.

so I removed the side cover and the big sprocket spins clockwise only and with the middle sprocket installed the starter spins along with all the other sprockets, This was by hand. So tomarrow I'm going to add oil and try to jump start the bike and if nothing happens but the same sound than the starter is broke internally.

I have not taken apart the starter, but I am pretty sure its one of those things that it spins or doesn't spins. I guess it could have broken the shaft so it sounds like it spins but the gear doesn't turn over. With the left side case cover still off I would just hit the starter and see if the stater gear spins up.

Good luck and report back with what you find.
