All the tubing you see was bent buy me using a combinations of hand benders and a hydraulic bender for the SS lines and a big hand bender for the bigger aluminum lines.
the ts103k just finish test today and will ship soon to beyond air support, the HCT-6 has been in test for a week with a number of overhaul issues seals not properly seated or the wrong oil type, today we have to shut down the test cause both releave valve are fighting each other and causing pulsating when trying to add pressure.

Wayyyy cool man. Mucho respecto, kids are a blast, and the biggest challenge (at times). Our circle of friends has kids with Autism, along with spontaneous genetic mutations, and I've considered changing careers lately. making a kid crap their pants from laughing is hilarious ! :)
OK, I'm Kyle, 36. I've been a machinist for 15 years now, and learn something new (wanted or not) everyday. Lately there are boring mills (vertical lathes) built in 1890 (I could park my truck on the chuck) that are my current fascination. "Dad" seems to replace what I think defines me instead of occupation anymore.
There is a chance I'll change careers to Physical Therapist (children) shortly. Of course I'll have to have a Bridgeport at home though to keep my appetite for chips satisfied. :)

It's a fancy name for processing food. Yep, I'm a cook but on a really large scale.
In a 12 hour shift I can process 60 to 80 thousand pounds of food.

I operate a Forklift as part of my job. The work area is so loud, I wear hearing protection and therefore can't hear a thing.
OSHA doesn't have a problem with me operating it in that situation.

Im a security gaurd by occupation(The tougher receptionists). Im a jack of all trades.(all that ive been exposed to anyways) The current occupation allows me 8-12 hours of study time a night so I may get my EMT-B certification, which is just a first stop on the long road to CCEMT-P. (Critical Care Paramedic.)
i considered the EMT/Fireman field at one time. but i'm sure my hearing would be crucial to such a job and i'd hate to have on my mind that someone died because i simply didn't hear them. :cry:

My name is Mary Sharp and I'm 28. I was an EMT in Florida but due to a wonderful genetic heart problem I had to give up my dream job and just about any career I desire. I'm on disability which I hate but work part-time in Security at Universal Studios.
It is so amazing though how our occupation becomes our Identity! I went through a major depression because when someone asks you who you are you don't know what to say. I mean just the though of " Oh, I'm disabled can't do anything really physical". God it sucks what I'd give to have my health back. Just tonight I was riding my bike around town because my car was broken into. I just got out of the hospital two days ago and felt like krap so I parked in the handicapped spot which I have a tag for. When I came out exhausted from walking around K-Mart a woman walked up to me and said in a condescending voice " Is this your Bike?" Uh, yeah I told her. " Then what are YOU doing parking here?" Uhm, I have a handicapped plate clearly marked on the back. "Well what's wrong with you you don't look sick!" I wanted to slap the hell out of her! I snapped I'm in heart failure is that good enough for ya! I felt sooo berated and useless and because of my anger ended up with chest pain and dizziness. I had to go back in the store buy some water and a snack and sat on my bike in the parking lot crying waiting for the pain to subside so I could get home. Wow sorry for the sob story! but right now that is unfortunately who I am and what I do.

Hell mary, i know you remember my post april of last year when my kidneys shut down., that was the suck, spent a week in icu ON M BACK, and people were complaining i wasnt moving fast enough, i was like "GEEZ, im stoned ( legallly, well pain meds lol), and had not moved much, if people thought somewhat about what they were sayin, ( or going to say) these episodes would be few and far between :thumb:

Classical and Jazz. I've played with Symphony Orchestras and in Jazz Clubs. A year and a half ago I played behind Willie Nelson on a concert. That was a kick -- what a gentleman. He shook the hand of every orchestra member after the rehearsal. I have played at Carnegie Hall and at Lincoln Center in NYC. Lots of other places as well.
I am a Masters level Social Worker that has worked in residential programs for adults living with comprehensive mental health issues, as an addictions counselor at a methadone clinic, did 1 to 1 and groups w/ people living w/ compulsive gambling issues, (internship) developed and facilitated an intensive out patient recovery program, worked at the state child protective service, left a skilled nursing faqcility as the director of social services and have been at a state comunity college since march working as a research analysis for the institutional research dept. In my past life in the Navy I was a sonar technician on-board submarines. - JIM:)

speaking of CNC, i found a table top unit on craigslist, ( thinking of getting it.) but not sure what id use it for
mill or lathe? I personally prefir to use mills, i find them easier to operate. hmm..maybe user friendly is the word i'm looking for. i currently run a mori seiki sh-400...there is an mh-400 i run sometimes as well. also run a mazatach 550 on occassion but it is vertical, not horizontal.
