From an agency that broke the law and help round up Japanese-Americans in 1942, and broke the law again and helped round up or harass Arab-Americans in 2002, and which has lost in excess of 600 laptops with confidential data on them in the past few years.
No thanks. They threaten big fines. They are bluffing. They engage in harassment. Ignore them.
They are entitled to know how many persons reside at an address, every 10 years, and nothing else.
