Title: Fuel Filter Placement
Post by: loki7714 on December 17, 2008, 05:47:32 PM
Read about this on the wiki but wasn't extremely helpful. Anyone got anything else to add on where i should put fuel filter or any other tips?
Thanks in advance for the help :)

That's really the only place to do it.  Otherwise, it's in the way, you can't see it, or it won't filter all the fuel.

That's right where mine is too, ends up sitting right on the top of the transmission. Really easy to access. Plus, it's the longest fuel line.

You can see mine right below the frame by the clutch cable.

My filters in the same place. I've had no problems so far. Right on top of the tranny(I know what you're thinking!).
