There's 2 of them ...
One is, how to make Money buying and selling foreclosures by Carleton Sheets - This F^()ER has to be arrested. He sold secrets to buying and selling real estate ... making everyone with a second grade education think he can be the next bill gates, and now that these fools have flooded the market with speculator foreclosures, this Idiot is now selling secretes to buying and selling foreclosures. Remember to ask that crook how many of these foreclosures were caused by his bad advice from 02-07.
Second - Agencies, or banks or other companies who plan to sell memberships to sites that will let you find foreclosures ... This is a less obvious scam ... banks if they are to legitimately move any of the dead wood have to put it in the hands of people directly. Internet, paper, flyers ... cut the middle monkeys out. lay all the damn cards on the table and you'd attract the type of honest person who'd get their skin in the game. Put 10-20% down and buy it and not bail when the wind changes direction. Sorry, this monthly membership BS aint gonna cut it. That was how it worked the last decade, its now time to get the worthless middlemen out of the middle. The dead wood will not sell, and continue to get vandalised if you keep this up.
Hopefully some vandals will come across the scamsters (like Carleton Sheets and his disciples) in the dead wood you got and hopefully will torture them straight.

yeah carleton shits FTW Eh?
the bud is going to pop a nut
Indeed Eh? i hear mastu........ works. hell in this country you can buy everyhting from that crap to obamas senate seat lol.
one of the guys at work was talking about buying foreclosures for 'pennies on the dollar'. he had the right attitude, the right gleam in his eye, the right amount of "No Down Payment" money in his pocket...
so how long do you think it took for someone to tell him he was being scammed ? about 3 seconds. did he listen ? no, the gleam in his eye was too powerful.
he -wanted- the big money.
he -wanted- to get in the big game.
he had no idea it was only a taste of greed, and nothing else. :(
The whole "foreclosure workshop" or "real estate workshop" business makes money for the ones conducting the workshop. Buying fixing and selling anything motorcycles, cars, houses is all the same ... its blood sweat and tears and it rarely ever makes serious $, and it rarely ever is worth it. No one is ever going to make a living at it. 35 bikes ahve taught me that. It makes for interesting dinner conversation with like minded people, but it does make you a really boring person to everyone else. Its the grease monkey equivalent of sitting next to a computer geek at dinner. The one and only advantage I can see, is, you can builod yourself a dream house and live in it. Its built to fit you. Your wife is short, you can have 24 inch cabinets fitted lower, if she's a 6 footer, fit 48's and build yourself a kitchen counter and sink that fits her elbow height. That is about it. You have bikes and no carsb, build a garage with heavy duty rafters you can use to sling them up. So on.
Now, selling this worthless crap to Idiots for 100 bones a pop, that's serious $$$ ... Just plant a few yes men in the audience who will initiate a few applauses and its all the encouragement the sheeple need.
