So a few months ago someone rented the house next door to me and at first all was good.
BUT the past few weeks have SUCKED the SCUM brings about fifty cars home every nite at 2:30 am.
The SCUM that she brings are just VERMINE an AMIMALS.

I and others have called the cops over and over and called the owners of the house to tell them of it but still it's happening EVERY NITE.

Oh and this is the only freaking rental house on the street.

Just a thought, maybe you can find out who is insuring the house. Suggest that a re-evaluation of risk is in order.
My nabors and I are taking about going to the company that owns the house and telling them if they don't get rid of them, we are going to sue them for the land to turn it in to a park.
"Company that owns the house"? What sort of company? You have to make them know it will cost them $$$ if they don't see it your way.

There is a "house" (if you could call it that now) in a neighborhood near to us. Occasionally, we have the displeasure of having to drive by it. The sorry pieces of trash have moved a damn couch out on the front lawn, have lawnmowers (that don't work) and bicycles and ragged ass vehicles and children's TOYS ALL OVER THE DAMN Place. There is NOT a BLADE OF GRASS GROWING there. The earth is packed clean and slick as owl s h i t. I swear to you that when that family moves from that dwelling, it will have to be TORN DOWN TO THE SLAB and the SLAB SANDBLASTED and be rebuilt from the SLAB UP before it is inhabitable. The infuriating part of ALL OF IT is that "they"................"get assistance"............."from the Government"...........and neighborhoods are f%$king FORCED to accept this shaZam! and all the calls in the WORLD won't get anything done because they are "victims". THANKS FOR THE VENT!!!!

Do you have a Home Owner's Association? Where my best friend lives my goodnes that Association has teeth. I mean to the point if you ain't got a palm tree in front of the House you get fined daily 'till it is done. Had a friend in another Sub-division painted his but had to re-do it because he didn't get permission from the Association and wasn't the "proper" color!
Also, you may wanna call code enforcement as well. Down here in Orlando and Kissimmee they are hell to deal with. My best friend left his car on the grass (his property) for 20 minutes to pick up his sick wife and had a $100 ticket waiting for him! If things are left in the yard then the charges are racked up by the day and eventually the city can take the property and they usually bull doze it!
Another thing I hate is how "these" people mess everything up they get near. I live in an income restricted Apartment complex and is only a couple of years old. When I moved in it was New. But, these "poor" people have completly destroyed the fitness trail that is six months old, the nice quasi gym is destroyed, the security gate is broken at least everyother week because someone runs into it because they are too lazy to scan their card and try to tailgate. It just infuriates me because I am poor due to my heart problem and other things beyond my control but I take care of my apartment and would expect my neighbors as well but within five years this place I'm sure will look like every other "projects" out there. What really gets me though is "they" complain that the places they live in are awful and they deserve better. Well, If you'd take care of what they give you maybe they would improve on it! If it is not good for you then sell your Escalade. I swear my poor car has an infuriority complex because of all of the Cadillacs, Benzs, BMWs, and Acuras. If you make more than $1200 you don't qualify so how can you own these vehicles?!?!?

Keep calling the cops, every night if necessary. It makes for a nice trail of documentation later, if needed. But don't call the cops for silly little crap, or they'll hate you too. Chances are, if the scum neighbors lived somewhere else locally, the cops already know who they are and what kind of company they keep.
Also, take some video/pictures of what is going on, with dates, times, etc. And get with your neighbors so there are multiple witnesses of everything that happens.
Have a lawyer write a friendly letter to the owners letting them know that the crap is well documented and a lawsuit will be forthcoming if the crap does not stop. Split the cost with several neighbors. It will be well worth the money spent!
My guess is that they probably don't pay their rent on time, if at all, so the owners will want to get rid of them as much as you do.

lol yup my next thoughts. if it werent illegal, id say pull their utility meter and install a block off plate. hell ive got a case of the bastiges from a former job i had. BUT it is HIGHLY frowned upon to do that though, highly frowned upon as in more than likely illegal
Kick up merry hell with the Cops and the local authority, council, mayors office or whatever is applicable. If you have a residents or neighborhood association write jointly to whoever you pay your local taxes to and demand a reduction. I doubt very much that you will get one but it does tend to focus the attention of those who may be seeking re-election. If you don't have a residents assn, find a couple of like-minded people, which should not be difficult, and start one.
I am a small scale landlord who rents out accomodation and believe me landlords do not want these sort of people, unfortunatly the bigger ones, property companies etc are rather less caring but when the rent stops rolling in, and it surely will they will take notice and take steps to remove the offenders. This may be your best hope but keep on keeping on at police and local govt, if you can do this as a neighborhood group or association it will carry a lot more weight, involve your local elected officials starting at the lowest level as they are generally reluctant to have things passed over their heads.
I don't know your local laws but here people can be removed from rented accomodation for "Unsocial behavior" which can be all encompassing and specific things like allowing drugs - Don't give up and don't accept the unacceptable - be a pain in the arse of local democracy!

Yea My HOA has been trying to get my bikes off my driveway for years. Except, those peckerheads didn't read the rule book. In fact they read the 6 page version and tried to do crap. After repeatedly bashing the living daylights out of them, since 2005 they have not bothered me. There is no rule against bikes in driveway. There is only a rule about motorcycle noise while living in the sub division, however, the streets are public, so they dont control crap, ergo, I am supposed to not rev the bikes when in my driveway, prolly. So once I get on the road, its all hell breaking loose ... booya. I shift down and rev to 10K just in front of the president's house ... booya, her dogs starts barking and then I know I'm good.

I agree that you should continue to call the police EVERY time you have an issue with them. Document the time and what the issue was, take photos, video. and keep doing it day after day... call the local township/city manager... KEEEP calling them EVERY DAY! Get plate numbers and watch for known violations and make sure the police ticket improper parking over due inspection, etc.. any little thing you can do.
We had an issue with someone blowing one of those Hockey air horns all around the neighborhood for months at all hours of the AM... We callled the cops every time, documented the times and what exactly happened. for almost 2 years we could not find them.. I set up a night vision camera and found that they had been walking near my back yard... Finaly I caught them at 2 AM right near my back yard... I sat in the bushes... tossed out a 1/4 stick w/a smoke grenade (homade cuncussion grenade) :) right near them, then I told them to get down or I would shoot! (didnt have my gun)... they laid down and I call the popo on my cell... The explosion drew out about 5 neighbors and they watched the fun unfold... One of the culprits got a bit smart and tried to stand up so I kicked him in the face and broke out some teeth and his nose... cops asked how it happened, I said he fell :icon_mrgreen: They took my word over his because of the ongoing problem. They knew that that those kids are lucky that the neighbors didnt beat them to death. After their arrest myself and 4 other neighbors were able to bring multiple charges of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, tresspass and a few others.. Because we had records and police reports of every incodent.
It may take time to take em down but be sure to keep a record of EVERYTHING! how many cars are there? get their plate numbers, the cops they may want to talk to a few of them :icon_lol: If you think you see drug/underage drinking just say you did, that will allow the police to enter the house and find what I am sure will clear up the problem... 2 am, lots of cars.. im sure there are drugs involved somewhere.
You could also buy a sac of weed or coke and put it in one of their cars :D call the popo :police: and say you can see it right on their front seat! :icon_twisted: or throw it in their bushes when they arent home, next time the cops come say you saw one of them throw it in there :D Some times you just gotta be an ass too, but if it get them out thats all tha matters.
If you have the money make an offer on the house and kick em out and park the GS in it :thumb:

You can get ticketed in NC for frivolously calling the police. I have had Idiots call cops for no reason. My son will scream for no reason cos he has autism. I have had people walking by call cops, only to have them come by, or drive by and find who called and give them a talking to. I know, scumbags prolly dont have rapport with the cops, and more than likely the cops are not aware of their address as a home of a autistic child.

I live in a coldasack and we used to have these kids playing football outside till 11 at night thats not late for me on the weekend but when it comes time for the weekday I need to work. I would come out to take out the trash and they are laying or sitting on my car, :nono:. After about 2 weeks of them staying up everynight screaming yelling and just being retarded. I filled my paintball tank made that thing shoot as hot as it can froze the paintbalss snuck across the street in front of my neighbors house and let that thing rip. Never had an issue withem since.
