Why not remove the fairing from the headlight and simply mount the headlight to the forks on generic universal headlight brackets. Lots of guys have done it (I'm actually planning it for my next mod).

The top section w/windshield simply looks too wide and off-set from the natural lines of the naked frame. If you had side-fairings, it'd look fine... however alone, it sort of looks like a shield.

Other than that I love your design choices. That exhaust (all-be-it a found piece) really works with the bike as does the taillight and blinker selection.

But, for me... the beauty of a bike and personality really comes through in the headlight...
