Hi everyone,
I'm new here and have a question or two about a bike I'm looking at. I am new to motorcyles as well btw and this would be my first bike. Also, I have already taken the MSF course.
I found a '02 gs500 w/16K miles on craigslist for $1300. I'm going to look at it as soon as the seller gets back to me. I was wondering if there is anything specific I should look out for. Do these bikes have any specific idiosyncrasies that develop with age/miles? I have heard alot of good things about the gs500. Any help or info would be great.
Hi Niteman,
I would just buy it. I recently bought a GS 500 from '95 for the nifty price of $4300. Welcome to Denmark.
But this link might answer your question. :)
