Title: Tachometer/Speedometer Compatability

Anyone know if a 2007 tachometer assembly fit a 2004 GS500?

Yes, should fit. I believe the major change happened in 2000... Before 2000 is mechanical, 2000 and beyond is electronic.

My 02 is mechanical and 04 is electric tach for the US which had no 03 model.  Don't know about 03 on other world markets.
