I am looking for the following:
- Tank Petcock
- Frame Mounted Petcock
- Fuel Lines (from the Tank Petcock through to the Carbs)
I am replacing all of these on my 1989 and am looking for these parts from a 2004+
All parts should be in good condition.
I would perfer all these parts from one bike but will take from several as long as they work together (not sure what years work with others).
Please PM (I will respond faster) if you have any of the parts I am interested in.
Thanks!

Give this another bump as I am still looking for these parts from a 2004+.
Thanks!
just go to any bike shop and get some fuel line. you shouldn't need more than 3 or 4 feet and that's probably too much, but it's only about $1.50/ft. if you're getting a new frame petcock you should just buy a new one for $20-$25 from any parts shop online. same thing with the tank petcock. if you have a '93, I'd recommend using the honda crf250 petcock without the vacuum line as they seem to cause little to no starvation problems. you just have to cap your vacuum port on your carbs.
...
I had updated this thread to say that I ordered a 2004 Frame Mounted Petcock off eBay however I was just refunded my money because they claim they can no longer locate the Petcock. C'est la vie I suppose...

Update this thread once again to show that I am still looking for all original parts listed:
- Tank Petcock
- Frame Mounted Petcock
- Fuel Lines (from the Tank Petcock through to the Carbs)
are you looking to buy used petcocks and fuel lines? just go to bike bandit or any bike shop and order it.
ok so if you are looking for some fuel lines that are really good. I went to do a tune up one day and removed my tank and my fuel lines were dusted and fell apart. I went to autozone because there was not a bike shop nearby and they have a double layered hose which the outside is more resistant to getting dried out... It is a little thicker so you have to squeez it on to the petcock kinda of hard but it is way better. Very good lines and they are pretty cheap...
Hope that helps...
if you're doing the swap for a better designed fuel system, I did that swap last year. The tank mounted petcock is the same so if yours is still good you can save money there. Obviously everything down from there is different.
You might also want to find a 5/16 fuel filter and get a new 89 fuel line from bike bandit from the carb to the stock fuel valve. The newer styles use a different hose that won't connect to our old carbs. All you have to do is use half of the 04+ frame valve to carb hose and half of the 89 frame valve to carb hose. It just so happins that if you cut both in the middle it's 5/16 instead of the 3/8 or 7mm on each end and the fuel filter makes a nice way to splice them together.
I love this setup! No fuel issues whatsoever.
Did you think about going to Advanced or Autozone to get fuel line? Alot cheaper that way.
I like factory lines but that's just me. That way I don't have to try to get a 5/16 or 3/8 hose to fit a 7mm or a 10mm fitting, and they're prebent. I'm sure your way is a lot more cost effective, works just as good and probably looks better too.
Thanks for the info ineedanap.
