I just got a 130/70-17 rear installed on the 17th now when i break i feel a wobble/vibration from the rear brake lever. Is this normal and will it go away or should i take it back to the shop? Also whats the time for these?
By rear brake lever you mean the foot pedal right? If it's under breaking try cleaning your rear brake. When you re-installed the rear wheel you may have knicked the pads or possibly got grease on the disc.
Another thing you could try is simply checking to see if the rear wheel is square.

Yeah, there are ticks in the swingarm that show how much tension is being applied to the chain...you should have the ticks on both sides lined up identical to one another. When thats done, the wheel will be aligned.
Another couple of ideas: bleed your brake system and see if you possibly got some air in the system. Also, did you loose a wheel weight? It is possible the place that mounted your tire did a bad job of cleaning the surface they stuck the wheel weight to or happened to grab a wheel weight with bad adhesive out of the pile... If one fell off and your tire went out of balance, you could get a vibration....
That's why I ALWAYS ask my mechanic to install the clamp-on style weights to the rim center and NEVER the sticky ones. Not just for safety but because it's pretty easy for one of my A-hole friends to just peel them off and completely "f" up your balance.
Which has happened... and it's a pain.

i'd take it back to the shop, and ask for their suggestions to a cause. then i'd fix it myself. :)
I second taking it back to the shop before you start messing with anything. That way they can't say you changed it after it left the shop and was no longer their problem. Besides, most shops will want the chance to fix anything if there was a mistake because they know how damaging word of mouth can be!
Thanks,
Nick
Did you tighten the axle bolt?
