I would say it's more of a locomotion problem, It should handle great with all wheel steering. :D

I have actually seen some crazy all wheel steering bicycles, even rode one once. It's a challenge since the tail can literally swing out from under you. But imagine the power a 1000cc v4! That would be almost 100 hp, nearly unheard of (back in 1950  :icon_lol:)
