So i picked up the bike with intentions of building a sweet looking fuel effecient bike. Well with the economy the way it is, thats not gonna happen and its now just taking up space. I am also i lil too big for it as you can tell by my handle. So there are about 32k on it, it runs pretty well actually. The battery is probably dead now, and could use a carb cleaning. Its not the prettiest gs but after seeing what ya'll do to them it has loads of potential. I have not mechanically touched the bike, just put gas in it and drove it. I have not dropped the bike at all, the previous owner probably did though as the pipe is a lil scratched. Other than that i know nothing about motor cycles. There is no title so you would have to get that, the previous owner was a marine, was transfered to japan and i haven't heard from him since. The dmv told me clean title and it takes like 14 ish days to petetion for a new title. Thats about all I know. Im going to use the money to go visit my buddy in italy for a week, so it would be nice to sell it soon. Bike is located in san diego, all are welcome to come check it out. I would prefer local sale but if you are willing to pay shipiing then be my guest. I will aid you as much as possible, my buddy has a truck so i may be able to meet someone half way too!
Oh yeah ill throw in the b12 (bandit 1200) swing arm i bought for it to make a 200 tire conversion on it.
750$ o.b.o i just need to get rid of it, not lookin to make a killing!
Oh and if someone picks it up, it would be cool if you can send me some pics of her after shes all perfect!
I have never sold on these boards, but i am a regular on the ClubLexus boards under XXTOOBSXX, i have bought stuff and helped people out there. Shoot ill even throw in 2 tix to sea world (i work there)
Thanks for looking, Mark :icon_mrgreen:
I'm confused. Do you own this bike? If you don't have the title, it will be hard to sell... How about you get the title in hand, then sell it. I'd pay $850 for this bike with title...
Just an update bike sold in 2 days. The new owner messaged me back and said the title was now in his name, took 8 days from the dmv. I still have the Bandit 1200 swing arm if anyone is interested!
