Title: Going Naked - Parts for sale
Post by: Grommett2k on February 02, 2009, 12:41:50 PM
I am going naked/streetfighter hybrid...so here are some parts I am selling. I live in WA state so PM me to make offers and negotaite shipping. I am keeping/bastardizing the other plastics so those are not for sale.

Zero Gravity - Smoke Windscreen - Touring: This is brand new. Was installed and removed, but only saw 1 day of riding. $50
Stock Windscreen - Has a little mark at the top, but nothing major and no cracks. $15
Mirrors - I dropped my bike and these are SV650 mirrors I put on to replace. Also in close to new condition. $10
Front fairing mount - Make offer, it is the frame that mounts to the front end and holds the headlight assy.

Did someone buy the mounting bracket yet?  I'm adding the windscreen to my E and might really save me some time buying and modifying this instead of making it from scratch!

Can you take pictures of it mounted on the bike or does it mount directly to the fairing?  How much are you looking for this?

Thanks,

Nick

The cowl bracket is attached to the steering stem on an E. You would have to weld up a tab to bolt it to.

Welding is no problem, I'm just worried about it bolting together.  I'm trying to save myself fabbing a whole new bracket but I don't think its going to work.

So, do the mirrors look like stock ones? Someone broke one off my bike today. So, I got one good one and one half one! what's the price and do they just bolt on?
