Title: exactly how much metal is in my stock handle bars? ;) lets find out

almost enough to make clip-on bars... got all the straights cut and only had enough for 10.250"  so used some cold rolled round stock (just a little piece that fit the ID of the pipe) between the two peices I needed to weld and gapped it .250"  welded it up ground down the welds and voila!  (of course I just happen to already have pipe jigs that I have made in the past, so no hassle there)

Just cut the grooves in them for the screw and fit them up! now they are being painted :)
