Anyone see that gladius in person. Is it as disgusting as the pics suggest. And most importantly, with suzuki quality control and their water color paint on the frame, is "rust" listed as a standard or is it a accessory ?
Cool.

YES! I sat on one at the Motorcycle Show in the Javitz Center New York City in January. I am pretty sure it's the ricey version of the Ducati monster due to similiar specs, and the "trelis" style exposed frame. It will be competative since its a few thousand bucks less expensive! :icon_lol:
I have to say it looks pretty decent in person and seems VERY light, balanced, and tossable. I wouldn't mind owning one, but i'm saving up for a MONSTER  :icon_twisted: O0
Its the same $ as an SV though isn't it.

new SVs are 6999 or 7499 with ABS but are more sport bike oriented and seating position than the original SV which was more street/sport or touring......The Gladius is about 6499, a bit cheaper. 8)
Looks Ok in person but they'll never do a twin as cool as the TL, though.
I liked the SFV650 when I sat on it at the Cleveland bike show a couple weeks ago. Looks much better in person than in pics. Liked the black one best. Lower seat without the high passenger perch of the SV. Easier for an old man to get on and off. :icon_lol:
The SV is seriously tall ... for sure.
The SFV was 6899 on suzuki's site with 08 listed at 5999 without abs. That's the naked SV I think.
SV's are left over from older years a plenty. There is 2 07's for 5200 new @ one place in my neighborhood, and there is 2 fully faired 06/07's too pretty cheap.
Cool.
