Does anyone have or know where i can get a free ringtone making software that i can download?

I personally have used Audacity with great success.

The o.p. found a program that seems pretty simple to use. (Last post in thread)

I used this http://www.makeownringtone.com/ it's free and works great.
I just send the ring tones to my email and then forward to my phone.
