For sale 89 top plate for clip ons with a set of risers mounted and no bars. Needs the following: 3 of the bolts holding the risers to top plate are stripped/stuck (one has an easy out stuck in), and one bolt holding the the clamps to the risers is stuck. Would make a great project for some one with the tools to get the bolts out.
