Im still working on the bike so i cant get it outside and im bummin. Its 62 today and dry out. A great day for a mid afternoon ride and i can go. No wheels on the bike
but a missed day of riding will be worth it once they are looking good!
My sympathys.... I've been there too many times, and I know how much it sucks!
BTW, when I rode in this morning, it was above freezing and for the first time in a very long time, I didn't freeze my effin' arse off! :woohoo:
Hang in there....
yeah its still very early for bikes in michigan. then as i was doing some work in the kitchen a big ol' loud hog went by and i was like that should be me....
Same here...only it's not an uncommon forecast for us. But 72 and sunny...and no headlight or turn signals on my bike. I COULD ride it...but the cops are douches about that sort of thing. :police:
Nothing like waking up and finding your mirror on your gas tank. I didn't know how scary riding a bike was without a rear view mirror. I can't crank my head far enough to see traffic when merging in! Oh, it was not nice! Five mile horror ride!

Several consecutive days of decent weather here in Ohio, and I've been down with the flu. :bs: Today was especially nice, but I could just see myself getting 30 minutes into a 60 minute backroad cruise and having my diarrhea rear it's ugly head.... :icon_eek:
FYI, that's TMI!!! :nono:
I rode to work yesterday for the first time this year. Need I say I was the only one who did? It was 52 and we were supposed to have a shower, but I gambled and won! I flipped-off the rain gods and prevailed! Not a drop yesterday. That has to be one of the best feelings about motorcycling, when you take a chance on riding to work on a cloudy day and it works out, especially when it's dry when you go in, rains during the day, but dries up before you leave. That's got to be THE BEST!! :woohoo:
