Title: Why me?
Post by: joshr08 on March 17, 2009, 10:48:12 AM
Why did i agree to get a a bike that they dont make parts for anymore?  I have to fix/rebuild every peice of plastic on this bike because they dont make them anymore and after prolly 25-40 phone calls and countless hours on the internet i come up with nothing.  This is the last time i let her pick a bike thats not made anymore....

:dunno_white:  Should have bought her a GS!  jk

ebay will be your friend.  I am sure you will be able to find parts for it.  It will be cool when it is done!

beleave it or not i have searched ebay for countless hours usa canada and uk and found nothing as far as plastic for this bike.  its like i have the only one.  I am thinking about swapping on a 500 interceptor front fairing it comes back the the gas tank but not over it like the 250 did.  I updated some pics and more progress on the project thread too. :thumb:
