No.. I would never ship w/o cash in hand :thumb:
And... WOW !!!! Thanks for the fast response guys! :thumb:
so really your not out anything it sucks but your not out your bike. just take the sold sign off it or call the people that made offers on the bike. theres no need to pester the guy he didnt get anything from you so really he didnt do anything wrong he just changed his mind and bought something else. Like i said it really sucks that he did that but $h!t happens. Im sure the way your bike looks youll have no problem getting rid of it. good luck with the sale again. :thumb:

sorry about that. for me tho until cash is in hand for me its still for sale. no matter how bad they want it. until i get cash for me they are just dreaming out loud
In ~12 calls over the last 15 mins, he never answered the phone - you have a work number, never tried the "associate" though.
Cool.

I agree with you coming to the community to vent, and understand why. But I don't agree with putting anyones information on a public forum. Put his username and a warning to others.
There may be a spouse, kids in his household who are now subject to harassment. You never know who may be reading your post, and to what steps they might take to make sure he is "dealt with."
very well put :thumb:
Well its just a few phone calls. To his cell of all things, the guy never even answers, I doubt its gonna hurt any wife or kids.
Cool.

Dont mess w/ a GSTwinner :D
I would be weary in the first place, if you put it on craigslist you should pretty much assume all shipping offers are scams, they particularly say that on the cars and trucks listings. They really should say that on the motorcycle listings too. I only deal with people up front with cash only. No checks, money orders or gold coins from the prince's personal treasury in Zambia (yes I have been offered gold coins, do I look like a pirate? I bet they had chocolate in the center too :icon_rolleyes:)

It wasnt Craigs list, it was on here...
Anyway, thanks to all of you the guy is making good.. covering my costs to crate the bike and uncrate :thumb:
So stop the call and THANK YOU ALL....
the guy was a GSTwinner?
I don't know...my (totally unsolicited) opinion, there are plenty of a$$hol...ummm...jerks in the world. Using this forum to declare a personal jihad on them just "seems" wrong...
Never mind...glad everything worked out...
Very glad to see you got a second buyer.
