Title: another fenderectomy
Post by: Laura on September 27, 2003, 03:45:33 PM
I finally cut my fender off today and it looks much better! You were all right about that. I also replaced the chrome mirrors with some round black ones, and I put on a windscreen like the one Antibody has on his bike.

By the way, I had a hell of a time getting the headlight back together, and I'm not sure if I did it right. But it seems to work, so who cares.

Anyway, I love this board. Lots of good information.

P.S. Dremel tools rock!

Ohe yeah!  :thumb:

Congrats on you mods, and thank you for ridding your GS of that injustice they call a fender.  Just make sure the headlight doesn't bounce or move while in motion and going over bumps and all should be well.  Oh, and make sure it's aimed right.
