this is probably in a another post but i just spent the last hour trying to find a picture of where this is located on my carbs but the only threads i have found the pictures no longer work. Does anyone have a picture of where i can find this screw on my carbs. Mine are different than the carbs pictured in the poor man's rejetting also or else i would have just used that.
Thanks.
I have the older, two-circuit carbs (1989-2002?) and I haven't worked on the newer ones, but I think it's in the same place?? On the underside of the carb, dead centre, just ahead of the float bowl. On the U.S. model carbs, the hole is plugged by a small brass plug. Thank the E.P.A. for that. You can drill out the plug quite easily (but carefully) and then you can adjust the "air jet" screw.
As 5thAve stated, I believe you will find the screw here...

Thank the person I robbed the photo from *lol* :whisper:
Don't want to accidentaly take out the wrong cap. I believe the one on the bottom of the picture is the correct one to drill out. Can someone please confirm. Thanks
