Title: Parting out an 08
Post by: Big Lou on May 04, 2009, 06:01:51 AM
some things have been taken off the bike, others not.  Everything except the engine is in near perfect condition.  I will post some pics up when I get home from work today.  Let me know what you need and a what you think is a reasonable price and we'll go from there.  Frame (when I get it broken down that far) has a clear Louisiana title.

Items sold/spoken for:
mirrors
levers
master cylinders
hand switches
frame w/o swing arm and kickstands
tank
gauges
wheels
handlebar
seat
everything else is available.
lemme know what you need.  I probably still have it. Doesn't anyone need plastics?   :thumb:

I don't think so.  I pulled the whole cylinder off today, and upon a very thorough inspection, couldn't find that plug your talking about.  Sorry bro.  If there's anything else I can do.... :thumb:

I'm looking for
1) complete head
2) cylinder barrels.

You said the engine wasn't in good shape. What is the damage? Can I buy your head and cylinders (if they're usable)?

Thanks!
