Title: Cost to ship a GSXR frame and other details... ?
Post by: Big Shot on May 12, 2009, 01:59:10 PM
Looking to get an idea on what it would cost to ship a GSXR frame.

And what ever info you can share about getting it done.

Thanks, Bob

I shipped a Ducati 916 fram about 15 years ago UPS. UPS is now stupid expensive. Although if you have a friend with a shipper number it is lots cheaper.

But cheapest might be on a truck like on a pallet. Especially if you can get to a shipping depot and your customer can.

I had a roll cage for a car shipped air freight and it wasn't too bad once.

Last time I priced Greyhound it wasn't a lot better than UPS. But check. You can do that online.

By rail (Amtrak) might be cheap?
