i removed teh 3.5 briggs engine which went tango uniform the other day. even wiht a messed up back, i still have to mow lawns Sooo i had a 6 horse mower whos deck went tango uniform. so what do i do? i made some 1/2" spacers. and the mounting holes were exactly the same. so i p[laced a 6 horse engine on a 3.5 deck. and i get a lopsided looking mower

Got another 6+ hp motor? I just bought a used crapsman mower with a 6.75 which works great in the thick tall grass. Except for the noise it makes and it turns the oil gray in one mowing. Something ain't right :technical:
actually ive got one spare, btu its goin on another mower here in about 3 days. btw what kind of noise? , also have an 18hp briggs, i want to use on a mower but will have to either 1 shorted the crankshaft or raise teh engine by about 8" . highly impractical but would be funny as hell to see the look on the neighbors faces :icon_twisted:
Weedeated 3/4 of an Acre this Evening.Used to mow with a 23cc Husqvarna weedeater.Actually wore out 3 of the damn things.Got sick of mowing Hay Fields so I Invested in a Sthil FS250 which is 40.2cc's.The Husky feels like a Gutless POS Now. :icon_rolleyes: I call it a Tinker Toy. :icon_lol: Modification time.
ive got an old one which REQUIERS the usage of a harness to operate. weighs north of i believe 50 lbs, i went and resurrected it today as well, DAMN i could drop trees with that thign
my father in law likes belt sander races. he swaps the motors from them with chainsaw motors to get more hp! :icon_twisted:
