So i won my appeal, my former employer didnt even show up, now i wonder what i do next. How do I get back pay for the 3 months. I went to the edd office, called the number they gave me and actually reached a person in less then an hour but was only told they would call me back. Anyone know how this usually goes in CA. Can they appeal even though they didnt show for the hearing?

I did this ~ 1 year ago. Usually when the payments are released (2-3 weeks in NC) it will come on through.
However Mine had a claim year that ran out and I had to get them back on the phone and get them to send the second section ... well ... it all works like gubbamint @ the speed of gubbamint.
