weld up a few metal bracket under there to support the seat pan

if you put one over the battery, remember to make it removable

That's how we did it on my bike:
(http://www.timoschmidt.net/galchiro/main/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=4249&g2_serialNumber=2) (http://www.timoschmidt.net/galchiro/main/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=4247&g2_serialNumber=1)

(http://www.timoschmidt.net/galchiro/main/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=4252&g2_serialNumber=2) (http://www.timoschmidt.net/galchiro/main/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=4250&g2_serialNumber=1)

And as said before: Make it removable if you cross the battery - and keep the terminals way clear!

Not if you know what your doing.  I bought a welder from walmart and taught myself as I went along.  If you have someone that knows what they are doing then bring them in and offer beer for lessons!

What he says :icon_mrgreen:
I can't weld for the life of it, so got somebody to do who knew what he was doing. And yes, I did pay in beer as well (+ cash for electricity & welding stuff)
