weld up a few metal bracket under there to support the seat pan
if you put one over the battery, remember to make it removable

And as said before: Make it removable if you cross the battery - and keep the terminals way clear!

Not if you know what your doing. I bought a welder from walmart and taught myself as I went along. If you have someone that knows what they are doing then bring them in and offer beer for lessons!

I can't weld for the life of it, so got somebody to do who knew what he was doing. And yes, I did pay in beer as well (+ cash for electricity & welding stuff) :cheers:
