what kind of car/truck? it looks like there is no center console on the floor/transmission tunnel. if possible it might be easier to relocate your right leg over the tunnel to make room for your left leg to operate the pedals without modification!

update, cant get into the communist medical clinic here in town for the next two weeks. skin peeling an stuff, teh peeing is a sign of healing BUT hte redness is also expanding. keflex, some iv stuff, and some pill anti's2 or 3 days left of the pills then im done, only sign of heALING IS the peeling of skin on the site. Geeze I didn't know you were talking about how bad the leg had gotten here! I didn't read this one cause I'm not as car savvy as the others!
You need to start bandaging that if it's not getting any better. A prescribed topical anti-biotic would be best but since you can't get in the HD for two weeks. Get sterile water (yes sterile) cleanse the wound they even have a wound cleaner which is sterile water that you can buy at any medical equipment place. Then slather the antibiotic cream on wrap it not to tight to cut off circulation. You do not want to "dry bandage" it though because it could stick to the wound make sure the cream keeps it a little moist not too much because of heat and bacteria but you need to keep that wound from rubbing on your pants and will help if you bump it.
I'm not home ATM when I get home I'll get out some of my medic books to get you a detailed step by step for ya.

im somewhat concerned after a few days if it explodes ill be back in the hosp. cause its retreated little. went from a red to a darkening red. no pics this time (gnarly lookin )
I'm really concerned about your leg and I really don't think the heat down here is going to help that at all! My legs after work on Saturday were red and swollen from my ankle to below my knee took two days before I could really walk!

ehh heat and humidity here as well as there are QUITE similar mid 90's HIGH humidity. general great weather [/sarcasm] lol
99 on Sat with 98% humidity even when the sun went down my legs still felt as if they were boiling in the humidity. My sunburn from two weeks ago won't dry and heal because of the humidity so I can't sweat properly the sweat just blisters up under the skin! Not fun at all!

Well if i go north to get out of tn, ill catch pneumonia easily ( had it 3 times already :( so relocating there is a no go ( im relocating somewhere before too long within a year i hope) DSW isa no go as well, ALMOST dry humidity wise, BUT temp swings in december are WILD 40f drop in one day goin from ac to space heater within 6 hours. thats a no goim wanting to go somewhere close to ocean. saltwater works wonders on wounds ( future or present as it were) :embarassed:
