Title: Broken Fork Seal?
Post by: g-lock23 on June 01, 2009, 03:39:56 AM
So I have this 04 gs which was laid down by the previous owner... as far as the ride goes I cannot feel anything, however the right front fork (which is the side that was laid down) always has oil around where the inner and outer shell meet... is there something wrong that I should replace? or is this normal....  :dunno_white:

If its totally free of any blemishes, and isn;t worn past the 1-2 thousandths mark, it will work great when you re seal it.
Cool.

is it fairly easy to reseal it myself? or should I take it in? I like getting my hands dirty so I would rather do it myself...
