Title: clutch release
Post by: galen1 on June 03, 2009, 04:07:39 PM
It appears that the release rod [in front of my drive sprocket] is not extended as far as it should There's no tension at cable and clutch stays engaged. I'm
waiting for shipping of release screw assmly, but the old one seems to be extending properly. Any answers?

Hello!
Maybe something like this:

The thing wears itself around pivot point and looses leverage + cable tension ,when you pull the cable little happens and it stays engaged

It's hard to see the damage if it's covered in gunk
