So I got the ebay/wiki pegs and installed them the other day. I like them. They're light and look pretty good. The only thing is I find them a bit slippery with my riding boots on unless I'm on my toes. Is there some kind of rubber I can adhere to the tops to make them grip better? Also, for anyone that installed them? Did you adjust your shift lever afterwards? I find that upshift is easy but to downshift, I have to lift my foot up a bit since these pegs sit a bit lower than stock.
yeah ive had to adjust my lever. Its easy. Unscrew the one bolt slide off the lever and adjust.
Hmm.... random options to try would be skateboard grip tape, some o-rings, dip the peg in some of that rubber tool handle coating, or the most aesthetic option is probably to buy some thin rubber, cut it to look nice, and glue it on top.
Do you have any pictures? I'm definitely planning on installing some new pegs down the road.
My problem with GSXR pegs is the up shift I was just going to post on that. It seems like I can't get a full shift in from first two second it always seems to stick in there! If you want I will take some pics of mine in the morning! Overall I really like them and thinking about doing it for the rear pegs!

It looks exactly like it does in the wiki. I actually found that if I position my feet differently (move feet back) it's not that bad. I guess the boots I wear have different material in the middle than in the heel and towards the front. I adjusted the clutch lever down a notch and it's too far down, i couldn't upshift cleanly so I put them back in the old spot. Upshift is super easy now and downshift just requires me to lift the front of my feet a bit which is fine once u get used to it.
