but no indication on radar of anythign. other thana  pop up thunderstorm. might have been a microbutrst.. but hell that cleanup made a sore man out of me. but its all good. i may end up wiht a vstar650 out of it if i play my cards right. that biek ahd been sitting in a storage facility of theirs today. they asked (with my training if i can get that biek ready to sell), i said sure  thinking batery replacement, gas fill up and a good flogging to get hte carbs flowin smooth.  nope i was wrong. a half gallon of gas, turn key on, choke it. and fires right up lol. damn i was impressed

Dude, this is the 2009 equivalent of "getting on TV to describe what the tornado sounded like".

You 2 are qualifiying in jeff Foxworthy's opinion.
Cool.

Oh that krap happened to me on Monday. Was riding Flick from Dr. appointment in to work. Brought the uniform home so I would have a cushion of time to make it to work on time. I'm going down John Young not a freaking cloud in the sky. Then it seems like a rain of biblical proportions seems to start gushing out of a cloudless sky WTF! No rain gear of course then the wind just started howling caught a Cross Wind that shoved me to the side of the road AHHHHH! Stomped on the brakes start to hydroplane came to a stop on the shoulder in a huge puddle of water. Squish! Fluck Water up to my calf and down my boot! Two miles down the road bright sunshine and not a drop of rain. I come in to work squishing and dripping water. One of my co-workers was like how did you get wet there's no clouds. I just grumbled and went to wardrobe to get another uniform no person at the check out counter waited 15 mins my patience was very short at this point. Then I realized that putting my sopping textile jacket in a tiny locker would be a recipie for disaster. Finally begged the wardrobe manager to let me put it in the back to drip dry.

Ended up 15 mins late to work and my underwear were still wet! what a lousy day.

i didnt care for the shifter, (felt too small), was a comfy ride. power was pretty good, and being a shaftie, power delivery was solid
