Title: jetting

i have an n07  and i just put on the kn lunchbox and  have a trs yosh slip-on hte jetting i have installed is 20\60\147.5 w/ 2 washers. it won't start. where do the washers get put on and how do you adjust the idle mixture screws. any help is appreciated. thanks

iirc the wiki has pictures  of the needles assembly. or it should. can't find mine or i'd link.

mixture - get a tiny flat head screwdriver, mark it with a pen/chip it / whatever and turn em both in to stop. then out 2 1/2 - 3 turns. count each 1/2 turn out for refference.

you might need to go to 65 mids as i had to with my K&N lunchbox and jardine system on an 04.  When i had 60 mids and 2 washers installed it was running really lean but is running perfect now.

Apperantly the PO of my bike had the same question, because over the weekend I pulled the headlight out of the bucket to get at the turn signal tires and the main headlight bucket bolts, and two tiny little washers fell out. Maybe that's where he kept his needle washers for safe keeping.

changed plugs, started up now has symtoms of running rich what can i  adjust to compensate. haven't taken road test yet.
