Title: inliners?
Post by: dlighthill on July 22, 2009, 09:46:30 AM
ok....i know this is a gs forum, but i am just curious to know if anyone else here enjoys inline skates as well. gear...speeds, etc?
i just changed gear to a simmons american strat, icon 4x100 frame, and matter f2 wheels so my speed is a little down now (only about 15mph). hopefuly after a few weeks and tweeking my frames in that will get back up to a respectible 20-25.

i think you'd kill me off the line and in top speed (ok...kill me all over the place). i think the highest speed i ever got was around 40; going down the devil's backbone at A2A

40mph down a hill with nothing to hold on to...  THAT must've been fun!  Did you take any video clips?

I guess all motorcycles are inlines until they turn.  But seriously, I've not worn inline skates for many years now but only then it was to play street hockey.  I don't even remember the brand.  This thread makes me want to try and find my old pair and start skating again.
