Title: blinkers
Post by: TWEEDER03 on July 27, 2009, 01:02:12 PM
So I was modifying the back end of my bike and disconnectted the rear blinkers.  When I put them back together I tested them out and they were working.  In the middle of my ride right after that my blinkers stopped working and they still don't work (as of Sat. 25).  Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Check to see if the wires came apart at the connectors, may have come apart during the ride if it wasnt secure. Should hear a snap if they're in all the way I think.

Blinker fluid - check the resivour with the bike on the center stand, add if below the line. use dot4 or dot5 blinker fluid.

Go back and check all your connections. They need to be all the way in

He was trying to be funny, Your information had already been stated  :whisper: So technically just as usefull LOL!

If you haven't noticed we are pretty odd here and try not to always point out Captain Obvious such as using the search button. I think that advice could be in order too!

Lighten up lets have some fun!

Now where is that resivoir again?

There used to be a Subaru dealership that carried "Blinker Fluid" in their parts dpt.... it was a joke of course, but when we needed to get a client out of our hair for a bit we'd send him across town tellin him we couldn't start his car without it.
