Title: Fatal Crash
Post by: mach1 on August 13, 2009, 10:44:41 PM
So a friend and co-worker of mine was riding to work this morning when he went down on a friend of our cbr600rr He was still alive when rushed to the hospital but was pronounced DOA. He was a really great guy and was a great worker, He was 23 years young and left a wife and little kid. Details are not clear as to what happened to cause the crash. So ride safe everyone.

So I have a little more info. A guy thats gets his work done at our shop is also a cop and he did the report for that accident he said the bike had a rear blowout and he was hit from behind. But a co-worker talked to his wife and she said when he was hit he flew over the guard rail and down 30ft. but the cop did not mention that.

Most of us do so much to be safe and protected riders, but unfortunate stuff like this can't be predicted.

My thoughts go out to the friends and family of the rider. Everyone else, be careful out there.
