I've subscribed to crash's videos for... i think a year or so. He's good people. Like to ride with him sometime, or just hang out and watch him get all animated. +1
Yeah, I hear the voices, especially

But I only see other bikes when I'm commuting or otherwise have to go somewhere. Every time I'm just out for a ride (which happens almost NEVER) I don't see any.
Bahah, I definitely get that voice coming along. And I guess others do too, even when parking. When I park at Kmart and do carts, I see bikes pull up in the spot next to me all the time.

Yeah. Hear this one. And sometimes obey - IF - it is safe to do so and doesn't require me to break the speedlimit to an excessive amount nor the bike too far away. I'll slowly catch and ride along.
HA!. I once caught two bikes riding slower than limit and joined them. We sped up a little and caught another bike and sat behind. Then another bike caught us and a mile or so later another bike caught. Ended up six bikes in all. I left them behind when we hit the highway and the lead stayed at the same speed.
Mostly, however, other bikes catch me. THEN, Zoom Zoom off - showing off don't you know, cause revving hard and roaring off makes you a good/skilled rider /s (Guy I worked with yesterday was telling me about a friend of his who has written off every bike he's owned, then told me he is a good rider :dunno_white:)
A few times I've caught bikes in normal commuting traffic. I happen to be in the faster lane. They tuck in behind me then go zooming off first chance they get. I guess I am too boring for them :icon_mrgreen: And a few times I've caught bikes only to have them lose their mind and roar off into the distance never to be seen again.
All bikes a catch in traffic and ride past in the faster flowing lane, get a handlebar wave from me.

yea, i admit, i do hear the bad voice now and then. it's usually when i see other riders rolling passed me in traffic splitting lanes. the voice tells me, "look they're not sitting in traffic, that could be you too!" (lane splitting is illegal here)
for a recent example, i heard the voice say that to me last weekend, a dual-sport pulled up right next to me at a redlight, he pulled up ahead of me as soon as the light turned green, then i immediately followed him for a couple of blocks cutting to the front of the line at red lights. i soon became uncomfortable weaving through the cars so he got too far ahead of me and i stopped weaving through cars. but luckily he did and not me because he got pulled over! phew! so i partially listened to the good voice telling me to just slow it down and take it easy!
anyhow, it's good to listen to the good voice, keeps you out of trouble!
cheers,
