i dont know of some 5 spokes off the top of my head, just the older model cbr600 has 6.  i found some aftermarket wheels that are 5 spoke, they look just like the cbr's but with 5 in place of 6.

Very few custom parts makers for the GS500 in the US because this is not a very in demand and popular bike. Kinda like trying to find body kits for a geo metro.

Have you tried contacting any custom bike building shops near you.  I am sure they would probably have a CNC machine and be able to make some custom wheels for you.  Not sure of the cost though as they would probably have to design it and program it for you.

I'm sure these guys (http://www.mhtwheels.com/default.cfm) have the capability to do what you want.  Whether they really would do a one-off set of wheels, I don't know.
