I have a nice one ... how's $125 and shipping Figure $145 or so, I will scout UPS vs USPS $$ and send it cheapest.
Mine is silver and near cherry shape If that matters.
Cool.

Is this a drop-in replacement like the Katana unit?  This is going on my gs450 that I've already modded to accept a 500 rear wheel, I'd like to avoid re-working my spacer and brake setup.

That sounds familiar, my bracket is cut down almost the same amount.

So it's identical to the Katana wheel in the other aspects - cush drive, bearing i.d., etc?

I believe its got a 20 mm bearing ID, but same OD as the GS. You put in GS bearings.
I'd sell you a pair of bearings plus you can borrow what I call the mother of all install tools (check with cboling how the thing worked for him) for $15 and ship. High quality dual seal bearings ... You just have to send the tool back to me when you're done. You will need to knock the bearings out with a drift punch ... I could add something that you can use for that as well. Just return them when finished.

Cool.

Thanks!  I've got a bearing install tool though, no worries.

I would prefer it to be as close to drop in as possible though as I'll eventually need to get another one for a rain tire - it's a race bike only.  Matching spokes don't bother me either, it's got an SV front end anyway.

I'm weighing my options...  I'll get back to you guys soon.  Thanks for all the quick replies, especially to a newb.  This is a great forum.   :thumb:
